Sold for: £46,125
3.2 V8, 32-valve, 5-speed, Targa-topped 328 GTS Supplied new to Kentucky in left-hand drive in 1987. Imported into the UK in 2016 37,000 miles. Said to drive extremely well Fresh MOT. UK registered and at No Reserve, it could well be the bargain of the Sale! The 328 is the successor to the original 308 and offered a larger 3.2 V8 32-valve engine coupled with a 5-speed transaxle and more advanced suspension and brakes. It was the last mainstream hand-built Ferrari developed under Enzo's watchful eye and is now highly collectable. This particular car is offered from a deceased estate at No Reserve. It was supplied new to Kentucky in the USA in 1987 and was imported into the UK in 2016 having covered 37,000 miles. Sadly the owner passed away in April 2017 before carrying out any restorative works. It has sat in his private collection ever since, alongside two 308s, also offered at this Ferrari marque Sale. It has clearly been looked after during its life and mechanically the car seems to be in excellent condition. It was sent to Omega motorsport in 2016 when it arrived here for a service and an inspection which included a cambelt change as well as changing a noisy cambelt tensioner bearing. It has the official Ferrari hand-pack and service books present and is said to drive extremely well. This smart 328 GTS will be offered with a fresh MOT at No Reserve, and could well be the bargain of the Sale!
